We want you to love what you ordered. Every item we sell is made to order and fulfilled through our production partner, Printful. Because of this, returns are limited to cases where a product arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective. Please read the details below carefully.

Claims for Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

To start a claim, contact us at Contact@thefifthelementisirony.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once we review the claim, we’ll notify you whether it’s approved for replacement or refund.
Claims deemed to be errors on our part will be covered at our expense.

Wrong or Insufficient Address

If an order is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by you (the customer), you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping once an updated address is confirmed.
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the fulfillment facility. You’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping to yourself once the package is returned.

Returned by Customer

We recommend contacting us before returning any items, since most products are made to order and not eligible for return. If you wish to exchange a product for another size or style, you may do so at your own expense by placing a new order once your return is accepted.
